Dr. Lydia Kama is the Principal Dentist and owner of Poulton Dental Care. She brings extensive experience in general dentistry, endodontics (root canal therapy), prosthodontics, and restorative dentistry. Her professional ethos is centred on clinical excellence, patient care, and a commitment to continual learning.

Dr. Lydia graduated in 2007 and obtained registration with the General Dental Council, UK in 2014 and successfully completed her vocational training in Lancaster in 2016.  Lydia joined Lancashire Dental practice in 2018 where she further developed her expertise in restorative and aesthetic dentistry, prosthodontics, and rotary endodontics.

At Poulton Dental Care, Dr. Lydia provides a comprehensive range of private dental treatments, including composite bonding (Smile Fast), smile makeovers, and Invisalign clear aligners for discreet orthodontic correction. She also offers cosmetic and restorative treatments such as teeth whitening and full-mouth rehabilitation, in addition to routine and emergency dental care.
